Trio Training Courses


All payments related to Trio training course are non refundable or transferable.

Trio Childcare Connections reserves the rights to make any amendments, cancellations or deletions to the course. In the event of a course being cancelled we will give students as much notice as possible and, where appropriate, offer an alternative course.

Trio Childminding Registration Course (CRC/CYPOP5)

It is a requirement that you attend all sessions of your CRC course to be eligible to receive your certificate of attendance. 

Oxfordshire courses
 Failure to attend the full course will result in you having to re-book and pay the full course cost again.

Devon CRC/CYPOP 5 courses
Failure to attend the full course will result in an immediate invoice being sent to you for the cost of £106.75+vat.  If you book onto a further course and again miss it, you will be invoiced for each instance.

Unique Learner Number (ULN)

The information you supply for some of our training courses will be used by the Chief Executive of Skills Funding, to issue you with a Unique Learner Number (ULN), and to create your Personal Learning Record. These services are managed by The Learning Records Service (LRS), further details of how they process your information is in their Privacy Notice. Completing our online booking form signifies you agree to the Privacy Notice which is available at http://bit.ly/qBdTMX or you can contact us to post a copy out to you. You cannot opt-out of being issued with a ULN on the Learner Register, however you can opt-out of sharing your participation and achievement data through The Learning Records Service. Details of how you may opt-out of sharing your participation and achievement data within the Learning Records Service can be found at www.learningrecordsservice.org.uk or by telephoning the Learning Records Service's Customer Helpdesk on 0845 602 2589
