Devon
Trio provide guidance, advice, support and signposting to all OfSTED registered Childminders proportional to the level of locality network an individual is a member of. We work closely with Devon County Council and Children Centres to ensure a holistic seamless service is available for Registered Childminders in the County.

Similarly we provide guidance, advice and support and signposting to all OfSTED registered Early Years Groups, supporting all childcare workers in the private, voluntary and independent sectors, undertaking quality and financial support.

 

 

Oxfordshire
Trio promote and support childminders wishing to enhance and improve practice through Quality Improvement Processes. Trio pioneered and continue to successfully manage the birth-3 provision in five Children Centres, utilising home-based childcarers’ flexible services.

In addition to our holistic childminding support service in the County, Trio co-ordinate and deliver childminder training for ongoing professional development including the Diploma in Home based childcare and NVQ level 2, 3 and 4 in Children’s Care Learning and Development as well as Playwork NVQs and Assessor training.

Our Enable Network offers a specialised provision for families with a disabled child looking for a home-based childcare service.

 

 

Plymouth
Trio offers a holistic childminding support service from expression of interest to register through a career of professional development opportunities. The purpose of this service is to facilitate the quality and integration of registered childminders and home based child carers with other local childcare services offering real choice for parents.

 

 

Swindon
Trio contract with Swindon Borough Council to provide advice, support and training to all Registered Childminders and childminding applicants to help them deliver the highest quality of care. This support takes the form of a telephone helpline, group and home visits, practical doorstep training as well as qualificatory opportunities and mentoring.
